How do I pay?

When do I get the brief?
By email as a PDF or HTML document within two business days after we have received both your payment and your site and competitor details.
What do I need to send?
The URL of your site and the names of up to three competitors you want compared.
Where does the information come from?
Public pages only: homepages, pricing pages and similar. Each observation names the page it came from. Nothing from inside your competitors.
Do you guarantee results?
The brief uses public information only. We make no guarantee of any business outcome, such as traffic, conversions or revenue. No. The brief is research and ideas to test; we do not guarantee business outcomes.
What is the refund policy?
